Garland MCO-ES-20
The Garland MCO-ES-20 double full-size convection oven has two cooking cavities, increasing cooking flexibility and production capacity without sacrificing additional kitchen space. These cavities are standard depth, so they only accommodate sheet pans side to side, not front to back. The interiors come with 12 total pan racks and each cavity has a 13-position rack guide for adjustment. Nonstick, porcelain-finished surfaces equip the cavities to resist corrosion and food buildup.
Solid-state digital controls enable users to adjust the temperature in this Garland MCO-ES-20 commercial convection oven from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and track cooking with its 100-hour timer. It also provides a cook-and-hold feature designed for meat. Inside both cavities, convection fans move heat to reduce cook times and lighting ensures users can see food through the door windows as it cooks.
