Ideal for increasing productivity in a busy commercial kitchen, the Garland MCO-ED-20 Master Series double convection oven features two stacked ovens. Its controls are straightforward to operate, reducing the time spent training new operators. A fan circulates air in each oven and its speed can be adjusted to handle delicate foods. The dependent doors have windows for cooks to supervise food as it bakes.
Featuring porcelain-enameled chambers, the Garland MCO-ED-20 stacked convection oven can be cleaned swiftly, though it will need long-term care to prevent porcelain cracks. Each oven has six oven racks that can be repositioned depending on the operator’s needs. The stainless steel construction offers durability and a long life.
