Description
Garland HOIN900
The Garland HOIN900 drop-in commercial induction buffet has two Ceran glass cooktops that can be installed into existing countertops. Because this material is smooth, it is convenient to wipe clean after use. Each top can be set to a separate temperature, and both the set and current level are visible on the displays.
Using RTCSmp temperature control, the Garland HOIN900 induction buffet keeps temperatures precisely monitored so foods don’t burn. Induction-ready cookware must be used with this unit, and unless ferrous pots and pans are placed on its surfaces, heat won’t be produced. This feature eliminates the danger of exposed hot surfaces.
