Description
Garland HOIN2400
Because the Garland HOIN2400 drop-in commercial induction buffet only produces heat when a magnetic pot or pan is present, it doesn’t have hot surfaces or open flames that could cause safety concerns like traditional buffet equipment does. This unit’s three Ceran glass tops drop into existing countertops to provide a smooth surface for warming foods.
A dual-temperature display is located under the glass of each of the Garland HOIN2400 induction buffet’s tops, and this feature reads out the plate’s set and current temperatures. To ensure that food is kept at an appetizing temperature without burning, RTCSmp technology precisely maintains the set heat level.
