Description
Garland HOIN1800
Because the Garland HOIN1800 drop-in commercial induction buffet has four Ceran glass tops, users can warm four separate dishes at different temperatures simultaneously. Each of the tops can be set to a temperature between 122 and 212 degrees Fahrenheit, while a display that is visible through the glass top shows both the unit’s current operating temperature and the set temperature.
The Garland HOIN1800 induction buffet’s RTCSmp technology ensures that the set temperature is precisely maintained, so foods can be held without burning. This system also prevents heat from being generated when a pan isn’t being used, removing the danger of exposed hot surfaces and flames that traditional buffet equipment poses.
