Because the Garland HOIN1350 drop-in commercial induction buffet uses induction heating to warm dishes, there aren’t any flames that could injure customers and staff members. The unit won’t produce any heat until an induction-ready pan is placed on its surface, so users won’t come in contact with hot surfaces. Designed with three plates, this unit enables three separate dishes to be warmed at once.
Users can set each plate of the Garland HOIN1350 induction buffet to a different temperature between 122 and 212 degrees Fahrenheit, while a dual-temperature display on each plate shows the set temperature and the current temperature. Temperatures are precisely managed by the unit’s RTCSmp technology, so even finnicky sauces can be held at the proper serving temperature with minimal monitoring.
