The Garland HEEGM60CL high-efficiency charbroiler has 11 burners that each have a capacity of 14,500 BTU and independent valves that control them from low to high. Because this charbroiler uses an electronic spark mechanism, the inconvenience of pilot lights is eliminated.

Made of cast iron, the Garland HEEGM60CL high-efficiency charbroiler’s burners, grates, and radiants can be repeatedly heated and cooled without sustaining damage. The exterior of the unit is made of stainless steel, making it durable and convenient to clean. On the charbroiler’s rail, cutouts accommodate third-size food pans to keep ingredients accessible during cooking.
