Garland GTGG72-GT72M Description
Great for high-volume cooking, the Garland GTGG72-GT72M gas griddle has a 707/8-inch-wide cook plate. An independent burner is placed every 12 inches to increase flexibility with the heat settings, and because they are controlled thermostatically, the operator can choose a specific temperature ranging from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the griddle plate is 1 inch thick, it resists bending at high temperatures and evenly transfers heat that comes from the burners. The stainless steel front, sides, and back provide durability and corrosion resistance.
