Description
Garland GTGG48-GT48M
With one burner and individual thermostatic control for every 12 inches of griddle surface, the Garland GTGG48-GT48M gas griddle can cook four different types of food at once. It has a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and a simple piezo pilot ignition system. On the front, a rail offers a full-length, 31/2-inch-deep work surface, keeping grease off the knobs below. Excess grease can fall into the 4-inch-deep grease trough and collect in the grease drawer for removal, while the stainless steel unit’s griddle plate is constructed of polished, 1-inch-thick steel for durability. With a 3/4inch NPT gas regulator, users can connect the unit to a natural gas supply through the “T’ manifold straight through the rear or by flush-mounting.
