Garland GME36-I20C
The Garland GME36-120C Master floor model commercial induction range has four induction hobs that each deliver 5 kilowatts. Using an RTCSmp feature, the induction hobs maintain exact temperatures and offer users accurate cooking control. A pan detection feature only heats the hob when a pan is present, conserving energy. If a pan is used dry, the range shuts off to deter overheat.
The base of the Garland GME36-120C induction range is outfitted with a convection oven to provide cooking power in a small footprint. Its stainless steel oven cavity is fully insulated to preserve hot air. The oven’s control knobs and door handle remain cool to the touch, protecting users from burns.
