Because the unit is furnished with adjustable feet, operators can elevate or lower it to their preferred working level. It has a warming mode to support food holding applications with a temperature range of 77 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prevent overheating, it’s designed with an automatic shut-off feature.
