Garland GFE48-8LL Description

The Garland GFE48-8LL restaurant range provides a flexible workstation with two ovens and eight burners. On the burners, users can cook food in pots and pans, while in the bottom, they can cook on baking pans. The ovens are designed to save space, so they only hold a sheet pan in one direction. This pan can go directly onto the oven bottoms or on the racks, which are adjustable. Temperature in the ovens can be set as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and their thermostats keep the level accurate without adjustments.

This Garland GFE48-8LL commercial range’s eight burners have individual control knobs, meaning a different food can be cooked on each without difficulty. Large, visible knobs enable users to adjust the heat as needed. For durability, the burners’ grates are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron, and many other parts of the range are made of stainless steel to resist warps, dings, and dents.
