Frymaster LHD165 Description
The Frymaster LHD165 gas fryer can store plates on its 11-inch-shelf, which is built with a marine edge to contain messes. To keep ambient temperatures low, the thermo tube-type design forces energy into the oil to ensure flue temperatures don’t rise above 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Its wide cold zone keeps debris and crumbs away from clean oil to reduce the frequency in which it must be changed. Because the bottom is sloped, used oil and sediment can be emptied easily with the 3-inch drain.
To quickly repeat frequently used recipes, the Frymaster LHD165 commercial fryer can program as many as 20 cook buttons using its SMART4U 3000 controller. If employees must clean underneath the structure, it’s positioned on casters for relocating the unit. To cook french fries, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings, it comes with twin baskets and a 100-pound-capacity oil vat.
