Frymaster FPRE480-17
The Frymaster FPRE480-17 electric fryer includes eight baskets that are secured with screen-type basket supports. This fryer is also built with hangers to hold baskets as hot oil is drained away. Each of the four vats accommodates 80 pounds of oil, so they’re great for cooking large amounts of onion rings, chicken, french fries, and more. To clean underneath the fryer, it can be relocated with casters, which also enable repositioning if equipment is rearranged.
Durable for heavy-duty use, the Frymaster FPRE480-17 commercial fryer’s frypots, doors, cabinets, and sides are constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It’s equipped with a full-port drain valve that enables emptying of used oil and crumbs to facilitate cleaning. Extending the oil’s operating life, sediment is guided into a large cold zone using the unit’s forward-sloping bottom. Its temperature probe compensates for unwanted temperature fluctuations, and a display provides a readout for monitoring purposes.
