With its 17¹/₂-inch width and 16³/₄-inch depth, this size also works well for oversized food. The basket front has a hook that secures onto the bar above the oil so excess liquid can drain off the fried food. Because its handle is coated, the fryer is comfortable and safe to maneuver.
