The Federal CGR7748 BLK bakery case can hold up to (16) 18-inch by 26-inch bakery pans. Three white wire shelves hold all your products and are adjustable to accommodate their various sizes. Customers can easily see their choices of baked goods through the tempered thermopane front and side glass. Top and shelf lights provide plenty of light in the cabinet to enhance the appearance of your merchandise. The white display deck acts as a blank slate that you get to color with all of your delicious treats. The temperature ranges from 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit to keep your products in the food safe zone. Your treats stay fresher with the help of low-velocity airflow and an oversized coil. The refrigeration system in the Federal CGR7748 BLK bakery case easily slides out for maintenance.
