The Eurodib DG16V Visvardis turbo gyro machine accommodates 175 to 200 pounds of meat. Even with large quantities, meat cooks rapidly and thoroughly with the two rows of burners. The heating element of the machine can be moved closer to or farther away from the product.

Because it’s made of stainless steel, the Eurodib DG16V gyro machine is durable and can be wiped clean. A grease drawer mounted in the bottom of the unit catches drips and can be dumped when it’s full. Though this unit comes equipped to connect to natural gas, it can be converted to propane.
