Description
Long lasting and rust resistant, the Equipex SAVOY Sodir-Roller panini grill’s base is constructed of stainless steel. This metal also defends against scratching and corroding and can be quickly wiped clean. Its cooking plates are made of rugged cast iron and provide even heat distribution to ensure uniform cooking. Featuring a grooved top plate and smooth bottom plate, this unit places grill marks on one side of a chicken breast, sandwich, or other creation.
Using precise thermostatic controls, operators set the temperature of the Equipex SAVOY panini press to 570 degrees Fahrenheit. When needed, users can clean the plates with the included grill scraper. For additional convenience, it’s equipped with a drip tray that can be detached and emptied, and to ensure safe operation, it features an on/off switch and pilot lights. Because it’s designed with an adjustable, counterbalanced top, this unit can be used to evenly cook thick menu items.
