Whether it is pastries or entrees, the Equipex FC-60 Ariel convection oven bakes food quickly and evenly, while heating elements create hot air in the back of the oven, which is circulated around the cavity by fans. Air flows around product and through the wire shelves, cooking food on all sides and eliminating the need to rotate pans. Oven temperatures get as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and the thermostatic controls ensure the interior stays near the desired temperature. To track cook times, operators can set the 120-minute timer or check on dishes as they cook through the glass door.

Protecting operators, the double-glass door resists heat and stays cool to the touch, while the door and wire shelves are removable to simplify cleaning. Made of stainless steel, this FC-60 half-size convection oven’s exterior can be wiped clean. It is resistant to scratches, dings, and dents, and taking up little space, this compact oven fits comfortably on a countertop.
