Equipex DIABLO Description
Designed for grilling sandwiches, meat, and vegetables, the Equipex DIABLO double commercial panini press has a large cooking surface. It has two sections, each with a top and bottom plate and individual thermostatic controls. All the plates are made of cast iron for strength and heat retention. Combining the best of both designs, this unit has grooved top plates and smooth bottom plates. Grooved plates leave grill marks on the food, while the smooth plates facilitate cleaning. Durable and resistant to rusting, this panini press has a stainless steel body.
