Equipex DIABLO Description
Perfect for grilling sandwiches, meat, fish, and vegetables, the Equipex DIABLO double panini press has a large cooking surface with two areas. The cooking surface is made up of bottom plates with two top plates that can be lowered onto the food. These plates are all constructed of cast iron, so they are heavier than aluminum and more durable, providing better heat retention and distribution but slower heat-up times. Because the top and bottom plates are ribbed, they leave grill marks on the food to enhance product presentation. The unit’s housing is made of stainless steel for rust resistance and simple cleaning.
