Doyon SM302C Description
For safe operation, the Doyon SM302C bread slicer has a loaf pusher that guides bread toward the blade to reduce injury risks. It can handle 5-inch-tall, 1-inch-thick loaves and is loaded through the 22-inch infeed chute. Operating with high efficiency, this unit slices as many as 240 loaves per hour in 5/8-inch-thick pieces.
Reducing the amount of space required for operation in a crowded kitchen, the Doyon SM302C bread slicer is designed for countertop use. This unit is ideal for sandwich shops where multiple slices of bread are needed in a small amount of time, or in a cafeteria where peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are served to large crowds.
