The Doyon SM302B bread slicer cuts ¹/₂-inch-thick slices from loaves as wide as 15 inches. It can cut 240 loaves in an hour, directing each one toward the blades with the loaf pusher and gravity infeed chute. To hold or pack finished loaves, a shelf is included on the unit’s top-many artisan breads don’t fit in the slicer. This bread slicer is designed to be used on tabletops.
