Doyon JA8X Single Full Size Electric Convection Oven – 10.8 kW

The Doyon JA8X commercial convection oven has a two-speed, reversing fan system that can be switched back and forth, so chefs can customize cooking to fit their needs. A temperature limit of 500 degrees Fahrenheit enables the oven to cook various products, from bread to chicken. The controls are programmable and are operated from a touchscreen.

The stainless steel construction of this Doyon JA8X Jet-Air convection oven means it can withstand the scrapes, dents, and potential corrosion of commercial kitchens. Internal lighting and glass doors enable kitchen staff to see into the cabinet and monitor food as it cooks. This oven can hold eight full-size sheet pans simultaneously.
