Doyon DSA336 Dough Divider/Rounder For 36 Portions, Interchangeable Press Head

The Doyon DSA336 rounder has a tilting head design and snap-on/off head cover that facilitate cleaning. The rounding mechanism is in a grease bath to reduce maintenance needs. This unit starts manually with an on/off switch and has thermal overload protection to prevent the motor from overheating. Oil is not used in the product zone and the unit can be moved because it has mounted wheels. This divider has an interchangeable head and cuts dough into 0.8- to 2.9-ounce portions.
