Doyon DSA322 Dough Divider/Rounder For 22 Portions, Interchangeable Press Head

The Doyon DSA322 rounder is designed to cut dough into 22 pieces which can be adjusted from 1.4- to 4.8-ounce portions using three rounding plates and the cutting head. Oil is not used in or above the product zone, but a grease bath is used on the rounding mechanism. Its head cover snaps on and off and the head tilts to expedite cleaning. Wheels are mounted on the divider’s base for mobility; its motor can be started manually with the on/off switch. To prevent it from overheating, the motor has a built-in thermal overload protection feature.
