Description
Delfield N8273P
Refrigeration lines built into the underside of the Delfield N8273P drop-in frost top’s surface ensure the top cools evenly, and because its condenser is self-contained and secured on a steel frame beneath the unit, it’s simple to install. It uses R290 refrigerant and is equipped with an on/off toggle switch. To minimize temperature changes, the unit is lined with high-density, closed-cell polyurethane foam. A stainless steel louver comes with this unit for field installation.
Designed to improve food presentation, the Delfield N8273P frost top is elevated by 1 inch and has a one-piece, heavy-gauge stainless steel surface that resists corrosion and withstands heavy use. The surface’s 2.37-inch overhang creates a sleek look when the unit is installed into a 72.38-inch by 25-inch counter cutout. To prevent pooling, a full-perimeter drain trough catches runoff liquid, which is expelled from the 0.5-inch drain. A push-in perimeter gasket helps secure the unit in place while preventing air from escaping. Overall, this unit measures 73.37 inches wide by 25.87 inches deep by 15.75 inches high, while its display area is 65 inches wide by 18 inches deep.
