Delfield N8094-R 90″ Drop-In Cold Well w/ (5) Pan Capacity, Ice Cooled

The Delfield N8094-R ice-cooled cold well has a perimeter gasket that secures food pans inside its curved structure. Measuring 89.89 inches wide by 26.05 inches deep and 10.77 inches high, it accommodates five 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. Pans sit atop the perforated false bottom so they don’t rest in water; excess liquid drains through the base’s holes. To separate the pans, this unit is equipped with adapter bars.

Insulated with polyurethane foam, the Delfield N8094-R drop-in cold well retains chill effectively and reduces energy loss. This is an ice-cooled unit, so it’s fitted with a 1-inch drain to empty water after the ice melts. It comes with stainless steel holding clips to stabilize the pans, and its exterior is made of stainless steel to resist rusting and corroding. Because it’s a drop-in unit, it can be installed in a countertop on a buffet line or hotel.
