The Delfield GUR72P-S undercounter refrigerator has three sections and three solid doors. An epoxy-coated shelf is in each section to provide storage, while the doors have integral handles that don’t stick out in a cluttered environment. To facilitate item removal, the doors will stay open when pushed farther than 90 degrees, though if they are opened less than that, they will shut on their own to retain energy. Air is also kept inside the cabinet with gaskets on the doors and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.

If the Delfield GUR72P-S three-section undercounter refrigerator needs to be maintained, users can access the refrigeration system from the rear. It operates with an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and using electronic controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To provide mobility, this unit is mounted on casters, two of which have locks to stop the unit from rolling when it’s being used. For resilience, the exterior is made of stainless steel and aluminum, while the interior is aluminum with an anodized floor.
