Because the Delfield GUR48P-D worktop refrigerator breathes from the front, it can be installed against the wall or up against other pieces of equipment in the kitchen. Its refrigeration system is rear-mounted and operates with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Using electronic controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, while polyurethane insulation ensures none of this chill escapes the cabinet.

The Delfield GUR48P-D worktop refrigerator has four drawers to accommodate 16 sixth-size food pans, while the two sections combined provide a total interior space of 9.2 cubic feet. Preventing cross contamination, the drawers have gaskets to provide a tight seal and adapter bars to separate pans. Mounted on 5-inch casters, this unit can be wheeled from place to place, and it’s made of resilient stainless steel and aluminum for an extended life commercially.
