The Delfield GUF60P-S Coolscapes two-section undercounter freezer offers cold storage space under existing countertops without taking up valuable equipment and prep space. It has a large, 60-inch width with two sections, each with a corrosion-resistant, epoxy-coated shelf. The cabinet has two solid doors that can be reversed in the field to fit into different kitchen layouts. These doors have smart hinges that self-close and stay open, while handles are built into the doors.

Operators can adjust the temperature of this Delfield GUF60P-S undercounter freezer from -5 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Also improving recovery times for reduced compressor cycling and energy consumption, this temperature level is controllable on the electronic system. The refrigeration system is rear mounted, though the unit takes in and releases air from the front, so clearances aren’t needed from the top or sides.
