Delfield GUF27P-S 27″ W Undercounter Freezer w/ (1) Section & (1) Door, 115v

The Delfield GUF27P-S Coolscapes undercounter freezer is designed for installation under a counter, providing additional storage space in prep areas and on cook lines. It has one section with a corrosion-resistant epoxy shelf. Made of stainless steel, the door can be reversed in the field to fit in different layouts. For product stocking and cabinet cleaning, this door has a self-closing hinge that can also stay open past 90 degrees.

The refrigeration system in this Delfield GUF27P-S undercounter freezer is rear mounted and has a front-breathing design that doesn’t require top or side clearances. This system keeps the temperature between -5 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit-a level the operator can set on the controller. Because the controls are electronic, they improve pull-down times to reduce compressor cycling, and with fewer cycles, the compressor uses less energy and has a longer lifespan. While this control system has an adaptive defrost that removes evaporator ice, the hot gas system eliminates evaporator condensate.
