Providing cold storage without cutting into work space, the Delfield GUF27P-D Coolscapes undercounter freezer is engineered for placement under existing countertops in prep spaces. It has a single section separated into two drawers, which can hold 12 total sixth-size, 6-inch-deep pans. Handles are built into the drawers and have a removable gasket that seals cold air inside the cabinet.

The temperature in this Delfield GUF27P-D one-section undercounter freezer ranges from -5 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust this level on the electronic controller. This control system improves pull-down times for reduced compressor cycling, which reduces energy consumption and lengthens component lifespan. While the freezer has an adaptive defrost that keeps ice off the evaporator, the hot gas condensate system keeps the evaporator free of water.
