To ensure cold air remains in the cabinet, it’s built with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. This unit cools with GreenGenius R290 refrigerant-an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon.

Enabling operators to wheel it away for cleaning or service, the Delfield GUF27BP-S worktable freezer is mounted on 5-inch casters. The temperature can be set between -5 and 0 degrees using electronic controls, and the levels can be monitored on an exterior digital display. Its interior offers 6.5 cubic feet of space, and it can be accessed with a single stainless steel door. This unit measures 27 inches wide by 31.59 inches deep by 36 inches high and features a rear-mounted refrigeration system.
