To ensure a long service life in high-volume environments, the top and front of the Delfield GUF27BP-D Coolscapes worktop freezer are made of resilient stainless steel. This metal provides excellent resistance to rusting, scratching, and corroding, and it can be quickly wiped clean. For additional corrosion resistance, the unit features gray, coated aluminum interior sides and an anodized aluminum bottom. Its two stainless steel drawers are lined with ABS plastic for strength and chip resistance. Because it’s mounted on casters, operators can wheel the unit away for service or cleaning.

The Delfield GUF27BP-D one-section freezer cools with a rear-mounted refrigeration system and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To prevent cold air from leaking out of the cabinet, it’s built with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. In total, it accommodates 12 sixth-size pans with a depth of 6 inches. This unit features electronic controls as well as an external digital display with which users can monitor the temperature.
