Delfield GBF2P-SH 55″ Two Section Reach In Freezer, (4) Solid Doors, 115v

The two sections in the Delfield GBF2P-SH Coolscapes reach-in freezer each have three epoxy-coated wire shelves and can hold full-size sheet pans. Each section has two half doors that let out less cold air at once than full-height doors. While their solid design minimizes heat transfer compared to glass alternatives, operators won’t be able to see inside the cabinet. These doors have smart hinges that auto close and stay open, and the removable door gaskets keep heat outside the cabinet. Inside the freezer, LED lighting provides visibility so users can quickly identify product.

The top-mounted refrigeration system in this Delfield GBF2P-SH two-section reach-in freezer is positioned away from dirt and debris on the floor, which maximizes the food zone by keeping the components outside of it. Temperatures in the cabinet stay between -5 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on operators, who have control over the level on the digital system and display. If the temperature drops below or exceeds the safe range, visual alarms will alert the operator. The unit uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is metered by a thermostatic expansion valve.
