Delfield GBF1P-SH 27″ One Section Reach-In Freezer, (2) Solid Doors, 115v

The Delfield GBF1P-SH Coolscapes single-section freezer uses the GreenGenius refrigeration system to keep temperatures between -5 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit with R290 refrigerant. A thermostatic expansion valve is used to control the amount of refrigerant supplied to the evaporator. The hot gas system keeps condensation off the evaporator, while an adaptive defrost system keeps ice off the coil. Since the system is top mounted, it does not take up storage space in the unit.

There are two half-height doors on the Delfield GBF1P-SH Coolscapes single-section freezer. Each door opens 180 degrees and remains open past 90 degrees for loading and unloading. To keep cold air inside, the door also closes automatically at 90 degrees. A readout of the interior temperature is provided on the exterior display, and if the temperature is lower or higher than the set range, the operator is notified by visual alarms on the display.
