To reduce temperature fluctuations, the Delfield 8169-EFNP LiquiTec drop-in refrigerator is built with high-density polyurethane foam insulation in its sides and bottom. Its temperature holding range is 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit; operators can adjust these levels using precise electronic controls. To produce these temperatures, the unit uses a LiquiTec self-contained eutectic fluid refrigerated system and R290 refrigerant.

The Delfield 8169-EFNP drop-in cold food unit’s inner liner, top, and louver are constructed of stainless steel to provide durability in high-volume settings. This heavy-duty metal resists corrosion and is simple to clean. Its ¹/₂-inch drains are also made of stainless steel, and it features galvanized steel exterior housing for added durability. Overall, it measures 69.22 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 23.25 inches high.
