The Delfield 8145-EFP LiquiTec drop-in cold food unit’s top, inner liner, and louver are made of stainless steel to provide long-lasting strength in commercial settings. This heavy-duty metal grants rust resistance and streamlines cleaning. Its 1/2-inch drains also are constructed of stainless steel, and it features galvanized steel exterior housing to fortify the unit further. Overall, it measures 45.32 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 24.24 inches high.
To enable precise temperature adjustments, the Delfield 8145-EFP drop-in refrigerator features electronic controls. Its bottom and sides are insulated with high-density polyurethane to improve efficiency by minimizing temperature loss. It has a temperature holding range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit and operates with R290 refrigerant-a type of environmentally friendly hydrocarbon.
