This section holds 18 sixth-size food pans, which are included with this unit. The unit has a cutting board where users can assemble dishes and its base is divided into two sections to hold jugs of dressing or jars of toppings.

Stainless steel composes the Delfield 4448NP-18M prep table’s exterior top, front, and sides so they can resist corrosion. The back of the unit houses its condenser-this system breathes from the front, so the prep table can be pushed up against walls or other equipment in a workflow. It uses R290 refrigerant, which is an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon.
