The mega top of the Delfield 4432NP-12M sandwich and salad prep table accommodates 12 included sixth-size food pans. Chefs can use the polyethylene cutting board to assemble fresh ingredients stored in those pans into healthy dishes. Inside the refrigerated base, users can store jugs of dressing or jars of toppings on an epoxy-coated wire shelf.

This Delfield 4432NP-12M prep table’s refrigeration system is mounted in the rear. If users must access it for maintenance or cleaning, they can wheel the unit into a convenient position on its casters. The condenser breathes from the front, so this equipment can be installed flush with walls or other fixtures in a workflow.
