The Convotherm C4ET6.20EB full size combi-oven is a great size for countertops in most kitchens since it is compact. Seven shelves in the interior accommodate either 12 steam table pans, 6 full-size sheet pans, 6 full-size wire racks, or 12 frying baskets in a single load. During the cooking phase, the food is cooked using the hot air, steam, or combi steam modes. The versatility of this unit can increase production and expand restaurant menus.
There is a core temperature probe that provides an accurate reading of the products cooking in the oven. A five-speed, user-controlled fan runs consistently even when the oven is fully loaded to prevent cold and hot spots and ensure heat is evenly distributed. The Convotherm C4ET6.20EB full size combi-oven is lifted with adjustable appliance feet for easy access underneath for cleaning.
