Convotherm C4 ET 6.10ES Description

The Convotherm C4ET6.10ES combi-oven has three primary modes: hot air, steam, and combi steam. The unit also has low temperature and Delta-T settings that are great for longer cooking times with a variety of foods like meat, poultry, and fish; these settings allow the operator to let food cook overnight. The food loses less juice and is very tender when it is cooked for a long time slowly. The Delta-T setting uses the core temperature probe to monitor the food’s temperature to automatically adjust the heat for an even cook.

The easyTouch control panel is a 9 inch, full touchscreen design with all operating functions in one accessible location. The ring indicator on the Convotherm C4ET6.10ES combi-oven indicates the operating status in three settings: ‚Äúin preparation,” ‚Äúin progress,” and ‚Äúdone.” This model has an on-screen help function that incorporates on-topic video content to make using the oven easier. The control panel has a permanent antibacterial surface that reduces bacteria transfer. The operator can program up to 399 recipes with up to 20 steps each to ensure product comes out consistently.
