Continental SW72N18

This Continental Refrigeration SW72N18 sandwich prep table uses a natural R290 refrigeration system with an airflow design that maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures can be adjusted by the operator within this range to suit different products. The unit has an expansion valve system and an automatic condensate evaporator with a corrosion-resistant coil. This prep table uses rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration, in tandem with polyurethane foam insulation and insulated lids, to keep product cold. The refrigerator is electronically controlled with a digital display and a high- and low- temperature alarm.

The three self-closing doors of the Continental Refrigeration SW72N18 sandwich prep table can be rehinged in the field, eliminating time-consuming factory repairs. The handles are polished with chrome and include magnetic, snap-in gaskets. This unit includes epoxy-coated steel shelves and 18 recessed pans for food storage, as well as a 12-inch-deep nylon cutting board for food prep. With 5-inch casters, this prep table can be moved for thorough cleaning around and underneath the unit.
