Continental SW60N16

With its 60-inch width, the Continental Refrigerator SW60N16 sandwich prep unit can hold 16 different toppings in its cutout top. Ingredients can be placed in the included sixth-size pans, which go into a larger, removable tub to simplify cleaning. The nylon cutting board and stainless steel top, front, and sides can all be wiped clean.

In its refrigerated base, this Continental Refrigerator SW60N16 prep table offers additional room for ingredients. The interior is accessible through self-closing doors and includes two shelves for organization. Internal temperatures can be checked using the external display and, with the electronic controls, operators can set the temperature at a level between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. If the temperature goes out of this range, the unit will sound an alarm, alerting the operator of the issue. The expansion valve refrigeration system is accessible from the back and-because the unit is mounted on casters-the unit can be wheeled forward to reach it.
