The Continental DL1WI-SA heated holding cabinet is designed to hold roll-in carts and can preserve a large number of prepared meals for a banquet. Its plug heating system has a temperature range of 90-180 degrees Fahrenheit-suitable for a wide range of products.
With a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, the Continental DL1WI-SA commercial holding cabinet is built to withstand rust, as well as denting and scraping. The door is solid and helps hold in cabinet heat. Its lock can be used to secure food for overnight storage, and an alarm notifies kitchen staff if temperatures inside the cabinet experience serious fluctuations.
