The Continental Refrigeration CFA68-BS worktop freezer has plenty of space on top for slicing meats, preparing sandwiches, or dressing salads. It has a 6-inch-tall backsplash, so if food particles splatter during work, they won’t impact the kitchen wall. This unit has two full-sized doors and one half-sized door that open to reveal storage space for cooled product. Its four shelves are epoxy coated to resist corrosion and withstand heavy-duty use. If this freezer must be relocated, employees can roll it with 5-inch casters.

The side-mounted refrigeration system in the Continental Refrigeration CFA68-BS worktop undercounter freezer cools using R-404A refrigerant. For even air distribution, fans are inside the unit along the back. The cabinet’s insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam, so cold air won’t escape it. If the temperature needs to be changed, operators can use the electronic controls and an interior thermostat can be used to monitor the temp. When the doors are opened frequently, the cabinet maintains its chill with the quick-recovering expansion valve.
