The Cleveland PGM3002 pan pressure steamer is made for preparing large quantities of dense foods such as root vegetables, turkey, chicken, and bread pudding. It proves a cost-effective, healthy option for steam cooking in institutional kitchens. Because this pressure steamer produces steam hotter than unpressurized units produce, it cooks food faster. Overall, it measures 35.43 inches wide by 37 inches deep by 73.63 inches high and is constructed to withstand vigorous use over time, making it optimal for demanding commercial foodservice environments.

Because it runs on natural gas, operators don’t need to consider making space for gas tanks when placing the Cleveland PGM3002 floor-model pressure steamer. Its manual controls are more durable than digital ones and are simpler to replace. This pressure steamer has two compartments, each able to contain four 18-inch by 26-inch bun pans or eight 12-inch by 20-inch by 21/2-inch-deep cafeteria pans. For durability, this unit’s free-floating doors are made of aluminum; operators can adjust the hinges with the pressure steamer’s adjustable hinge pins.
