Cleveland 1SCEMCS (5) Pan Convection Steamer – Countertop

The single compartment in the Cleveland 1SCEMCS countertop steamer accommodates five full-size food pans. It sits on countertops and is positioned on 6-inch legs to prevent it from tipping over on uneven surfaces. When the water gets low, a light will shine to inform employees, and if the temperature gets too high, the unit will shut off to prevent burnout. This unit is made of stainless steel to provide resilience and resistance to rust and corrosion.

The Cleveland 1SCEMCS convection steamer is pressureless and boilerless. It doesn’t require plumbing for use, and its control panel is located on the right to enable adjustments. The timer can be set as long as 60 minutes, and when the heat is turned on, a light will shine to prevent employees from accidentally burning themselves. The front of the unit has a drain valve to facilitate the removal of water.
