Cleveland 1SCE (5) Pan Convection Steamer – Countertop, Holding Capability

Mounted on the right, the control panel on the Cleveland 1SCE convection steamer has solid-state digital controls. These controls enable adjustments between the three modes-holding, steam and hold, and continuous steam-and setting the timer to 10 minutes, 1 minute, or 10-second intervals. Made of stainless steel, the steamer is resilient and resistant to rusting, and to facilitate cleaning, it has a drain valve located in the front. This unit doesn’t require a drain line or water connection for operation.

The Cleveland 1SCE countertop steamer measures 21.63 inches wide by 25.36 inches deep by 30 inches high, taking up minimal space in busy environments. The door is hinged on the left and opens to reveal one compartment, which can hold five full-size pans of food. Its 6-inch legs can be adjusted to stabilize it on uneven surfaces. When the temperature gets too high, it shuts off automatically, and when the water gets too low, it alerts users with an alarm and indicator light.
